Fleck 9500 Control Valve
1. Introduction of Fleck 9500 Control Valve:
Control Mode: Flow (M), Electronic Control (SE)
Application: Softening (S)
Model: 9500SM, 9500SE
Inlet/Outlet Pipe Diameter: DN40
Maximum Water Output: 9.7m3/Hr
The double-tank continuous operation series valves of 8500, 9000, and 9500 models are suitable for continuous water supply softening water systems.
2. Performance Features of Fleck 9500 Control Valve:
a. One valve controls two tanks
b. There are two pistons, one controls the regeneration process, and the other realizes the mutual switching between the two tanks
c. Except for the 8500 model, the valve body material is lead-free brass
d. Regeneration is driven by flow rate, suitable for occasions requiring continuous supply of softened water.
3. Product Features of Fleck 9500 Control Valve:
● Simple five-step sequential brine suction and regeneration control, with adjustable time
● Can be configured into a 24" diameter softened water system with simple system piping layout
● Valve body material is lead-free brass, durable
● Uses dedicated water for regeneration
4. Options for Fleck 9500 Control Valve:
● Sand filtration/activated carbon filtration/multi-media filtration
● Can be used in hot water systems, water temperature ≤150°F(65°C)
● Electronic controller (ET controller)

7. Setting the Periodic Water Production Capacity of Fleck 9500 Control Valve:
The periodic water production capacity can be set according to usage requirements. For example, set the periodic water production flow rate to 3185 gallons, lift the dial on the side of the flowmeter, and rotate it freely to set the white dot opposite to 3185 gallons. Note: When starting the regeneration cycle, there is a short delay time from the zero point of the flowmeter. The motor unit is set at 1/15RPM (rev/min), and there is a 9-minute delay during the 82-minute regeneration time. If the motor unit is set at 1/30RPM (rev/min), there is a 18-minute delay during the 164-minute regeneration time. In typical residential equipment, this delay period is insignificant. However, in commercial applications, this delay must be taken into account. Subtract the continuous flow of 9 minutes or 18 minutes from the total water supply.
